Our Managing Director, Huw Llewellyn, brings over twenty years of experience in delivering successful housing developments across Wales. Having led major regional operations for national PLC developers, he understands both the strengths and the shortcomings of traditional housebuilding.
Huw saw how the drive for volume often replaced the pursuit of quality. He saw how design could lose its individuality when cost was the only focus, and how communities could be built without ever being truly connected.
